Songham 2 Material For This Session

This session we will be focusing on the life skill "ATTITUDE."

 The material we will be focusing on for our current session (Dec 2013- Feb 2014). The Tiny Tigers must complete the first half of the form (moves #1 - #11, up until the second round kick) while the Karate Kids must complete the entire form.

Life Skill: Attitude

Reach both arms behind right side, DOUBLE OUTER FOREARM BLOCK.
Right foot steps up to left, left FRONT KICK.
Chamber with left arm, right REVERSE PUNCH (don’t step).
Right ROUND KICK.
Middle stance, make a big X, TWIN LOW BLOCK.
Chamber, step with left leg, left OUTER FOREARM BLOCK.
Put left arm down, right REVERSE PUNCH (don’t step).
Chamber, step with right leg, right OUTER FOREARM BLOCK.
Put right arm down, left REVERSE PUNCH (don’t step).
Chamber, left foot steps left 90 degrees, left KNIFE HAND STRIKE.
Right ROUND KICK (right leg lands in front).


Reach both arms behind left side, DOUBLE OUTER FOREARM BLOCK.
Left foot steps up to right, right FRONT KICK.
Chamber with right arm, left REVERSE PUNCH.
Left ROUND KICK.
Middle stance, make a big X, TWIN LOW BLOCK.
Look over right shoulder, turn, right LOW BLOCK.
Give yourself a hug, right BACK FIST.
Step forward 180 with left leg, left LOW BLOCK.
Give yourself a hug, left BACK FIST.
Look over right shoulder, turn, right KNIFE HAND STRIKE.
Left ROUND KICK.
Reach both arms behind right side, DOUBLE OUTER FOREARM BLOCK.
